Seventy-five years ago on December 16th, 1944, Hitler made his final push in the Battle of the Bulge. Hitler and the Nazis (National Socialist German Workers Party) needed fuel and Hitler was trying to get to fuel supplies at Antwerp, Belgium. Young Lou Zoghby, 17th Airborne, 194th Glider Infantry, F Company fought in this epic 40-day battle. It was bitterly cold. Lou and his fellow soldiers lived on C-Rations and in fox holes made from snow.
