Army Veteran Brian O’Connell was in high school when America was attacked on 9/11. O’Connell decided to join the Army and still serves our country in the Army Reserves. He shares experiences from his combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. O’Connell notes that serving in the military is a grand adventure. He explains that when he was asked, “Who do you want to be?” it changed the course of his life from some bad choices to important new choices.
