WWII Military Historian, Martin King, reached out to me upon learning of America’s Veteran’s Stories with Kim Monson. Martin is a highly qualified British Military Historian/Lecturer who’s had the honor of reintroducing many US, British and German veterans to the WWII battlefields where they fought. He lives in Belgium near Antwerp where he spends his time writing, lecturing and visiting European battlefields. You won’t want to miss this robust interview and learn about his amazing book and documentary, Searching for Augusta.

I love these interviews and stories of our heroes who fight for our freedoms. I am the founder of a small Military Memorial in Englewood, Colorado. I have access to a theatre that holds 850 people. It is Fisher auditorium at Englewood High School. We have had 3 fantastic events there. I am 79 years old and cannot organize it anymore.
I wish a veterans group would step up to help me and use this fabulous facility with lush seats, sound system, and the works. I always did it near Memorial Day but that date might be flexible.
I am Kim Monson’s biggest fan. I have been privileged to send some of my WWII veterans to be interviewed on her program. I love the voters guide and appreciate her point of view in regard to our Country’s political mess!
